# User Management

You use this page to invite people, assign organization roles, and manage Publication access.

### Invite a user

1. Open **Settings** → **Invitations**.
2. Select **Invite User**.
3. Enter the person's **Email Address**.
4. Choose **Select a role...**.
5. Select **Invite**.

Pending invites list **Email**, **Sent At**, and **Role**.

### Organization roles

The role dropdowns offer two choices:

| Role | Description |
| --------- | -------------------------------- |
| **Admin** | Manage and administer everything |
| **User** | No administrative permissions |

On **Settings** → **Users**, you see the table columns **Name**, **Email**, **Role**, and **Publication Access**. Open a user sheet to select **Edit Role** and then **Save**. To remove someone from the organization, select **Remove user** and confirm **Remove user?**.

### Publication access

Publication access is set on the Publication. If you are an admin, open **Manage Access** and select **Share Publication**. Use **Search by name or email...** and **All access levels** to find a person, then grant **Writer** or **Reviewer** access.

**Writer** lets a person request work under that Publication. **Reviewer** lets a person read and review. Select **Revoke access** to remove Publication access.

If you are not an admin, you see **View Access** on the Publication.
